I believe her name was Kimberly or Amberly she called stating my Toyota needed service I was highly shocked and satisfied with the phone call she sounded very professional and courteous while explaining that my car needed maintenance and she handled scheduling the appointment for me. I totally forgot about my oil change due to life being very hectic she made me feel cared for and supported showing kindness and compassion when I told her why I forgot about scheduling. This is customer service!
